STORAGE 

When unpacking your new shoes, please take note. To avoid damaging the shoes, open the package carefully. 

With care, please store your shoes in the provided dust bag. It is recommended to store them in the dust bag when not in use. When not in use, to preserve their shape, please keep them stuffed with clean tissue or clean paper and do not stack shoes on top of each other.

Please keep your shoes away from direct sunlight or humidity in a cool, dry location.

Vegan material is intended to replace genuine leather. Because it is very soft, please treat it as real leather.

 

CLEANING

You may rub the stained parts very carefully and lightly to avoid harming the shoes. Carelessness may cause a change in color or may harm the material.

For both vegan leather and fabric shoes, you should never wash the shoes with water.

You should be careful with your shoes getting wet. Too much rain or water can ruin the material.

You should always allow the shoes to air dry. You should never use a hair-dryer to dry the shoes; heat damages the material.

To wipe the surface of the shoes, you may use a lint-free towel.

Most PU leather smell will dissipate with time, but to remove them quickly, you may try air drying. 

 

30 DAY WARRANTY

Suveria LLC ("Suveria") warranty obligations for the Suveria product you have just purchased (the "Product") are limited to the terms set forth in this document. Suveria warrants the Product against defects in materials and workmanship for 30 Days from the date of delivery ("Warranty Period") when the Product is purchased through an authorized reseller.

If a defect arises and a valid claim is received by Suveria within the Warranty Period, at its option, Suveria will repair the Product or exchange the Product with a functionally equivalent new product. If the product arrives with a defect and a valid claim is received by Suveria, please contact us immediately. 

Suveria warrants repaired Products and replacement products provided hereunder against defects in materials and workmanship from the date of the repair or replacement for 30 DAYS, if longer, for the remainder of the Warranty Period.

Suveria does not warrant against normal wear and tear after a certain use such as: chips, peels, and rips in the materials, stains by outward force, and changes in the appearance of the product which do not impair the functionality of the product.

If the Product is exchanged, the replacement product becomes your property and the Product becomes Suveria's property. When a refund is given, the Product becomes Suveria's property. If you wish to make a claim under this warranty with respect to the Product, please contact us at: info@suveria.com
